Instructies

  • Použijte, pokud něco jednorázově vytváříte, stavíte, opravujete, rekonstruujete, upravujete nebo pokud poskytujete službu.
  • V případě, že vytváříte díla pro jednoho klienta opakovaně, můžete použít Rámcovou smlouvu o dílo.
  • Pokud pro někoho soustavně poskujete služby (tzv. na paušál), můžete využít Smlouvu o poskytování služeb.
  • Pokud se Vám nehodí ani jedna z nich, zkuste Smlouvu o spolupráci.
  • Pokud potřebujete jen něco zařídit nebo obstarat, můžete použít Příkazní (mandátní) smlouvu.
  • Spolu se smlouvou se Vám automaticky vygeneruje i Předávací protokol.
  • Tuto smlouvu nepoužívejte pro zaměstnance, pro ty použijte Pracovní smlouvu.
  • Zákonnou úpravu týkající se této smlouvy naleznete zde.
  • Tuto smlouvu lze použít i pro vztah mezi subdodavatelem a dodavatelem.
