Legito Marketplace: Information for the EU consumers

Note: This policy is not applicable to Legito Smart Document Workspace. 

This document is applicable to the Marketplace product users from the European Union only.

1.    Legito s.r.o. (the Operator) hereby inform consumers as follows:

  • The operator’s address for delivery of email is support@legito.com.

2.    Prices include all taxes and fees. The amount of price is set in the user‘ interface of the Legito application.

3.    User shall pay the price by credit or debit card or by PayPal and if allowed by wire transfer or SMS.

4.    The operator does not charge any fees for the delivery of the service.

5.    Users need to have internet access and any of the following web browsers to use Legito correctly. Web Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox or Opera or Safari in the news available version.

6.    There are no fees for using devices for distant communication in connection with the Operator.

7.    Information about concluded contracts between Operator and users are stored in databases of Legito and users can approach them by Operator.

8.    The contract could be concluded in all languages in which are made the relevant terms and conditions.

9.    The process of conclusion of the contract is described in detail in terms and conditions available on this webpage.

10.  Users can identify mistakes in the user’s interface of the Legito application; correction of the mistakes made by inserting data could be done also in the user’s interface of Legito application and if not possible, then by technical support available at the above-mentioned contacts.

11.  The Operator is governed by all valid laws of the Czech Republic. No other codex is obligatory for the Operator.

12.  The Operator uses non-court dispute resolution by the Czech Business Inspection (ČOI).

13.  Responsibility for damages could be claimed by the Operator under terms set by the relevant laws.

INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION ONLY:

For consumers in the meaning of article 6 paragraph 1 of REGULATION (EC) No 593/2008 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 17 June 2008 on the law applicable to contractual obligations (Rome I), the choice of the law may not, however, have the result of depriving the consumer of the protection afforded to him by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law which, in the absence of choice, would have been applicable if no choice of the law.

Consumers in the meaning of article 4 paragraph 1 of REGULATION (EU) No 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on consumer ODR) can use non-court (alternative) dispute resolution by the internet platform available from internet address webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
