Legito Marketplace Refund Policy

Note: This policy is not applicable to Legito Smart Document Workspace. 

This policy shall be applied to the Marketplace product users only. 

In the case of the operator of the Legito application announce offer that includes the right to refund the price for using of Legito application, the user has the right for a refund of paid price under bellow specified conditions.

A user that wants to be refunded shall deliver the email notice to the operator to the email address support@legito.com

The operator of the Legito application shall refund the user by wire transfer to the user’s bank account mentioned by the user in the notice. If paying by credit/debit card, the operator may refund the user through the credit/debit card payment system. The operator may charge the user the necessary costs connected with the refund.
